Rensis Likert, (August 5, 1903, Cheyenne, Wyoming, U.S.— September 3, 1981, Ann Arbor, Michigan), interest an American social scientist who developed scales (Likert scale) desire attitude measurement and introduced rectitude concept of participative management.
